PLANNING SPACES CONSULTING The first free consultation is to brainstorm ideas, make rough sketches, filter possibilities and introduce products from CHOICE SPACES. Meeting the clients desires and needs and understand what would be the most desirable outcome is crucial to a successful design and building project.
DESIGNING SPACES The introductory design concept includes drawings to scale, lay out, colour schemes and preferred design styles. The creative process of designing falls into the two categories of interior and/or exterior design. Depending on the nature of the project this involves a variety of measures. At this planning stage we thrive for individually crafted concepts whether for private homes/holiday units or offices, shops, restaurants/cafes. Harmony and integration with the natural and built environment are essential to realize serene living spaces. Here we would introduce GREEN SPACES, aiming to incorporate environmental design where possible, building with natural materials and non-toxic finishes, solar energy, plantation timber and local materials.
DRAWING SPACES The architectural drafting service includes preliminary drawings, shadow diagrams, structural drawings and an Environmental Impact statement.
