DESIGNING SPACES
The introductory design concept includes drawings to scale, lay out, colour schemes and preferred design styles.
The creative process of designing falls into the two categories of interior and/or exterior design. Depending on the nature of the project this involves a variety of measures.
At this planning stage we thrive for individually crafted concepts whether for private homes/holiday units or offices, shops, restaurants/cafes.
Harmony and integration with the natural and built environment are essential to realize serene living spaces.
Here we would introduce GREEN SPACES, aiming to incorporate environmental design where possible, building with natural materials and non-toxic finishes, solar energy, plantation timber and local materials.
 
DRAWING SPACES
The architectural drafting service includes preliminary drawings, shadow diagrams, structural drawings and an Environmental Impact statement.

Construction Certificate drawings and documentation.
We are happy to explain a detailed step by step procedure and prepare the necessary paperwork for ours or your own submission.
